We are looking for a
(Junior) Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our
Pricing & Access Strategy department at our
Berlin office.
Your mission
- Strategic consulting for market access, HE&OR and policy affairs/governmental relations departments at leading pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech firms
- Participation in the implementation of holistic drug launches in Germany and other European markets in interdisciplinary, international cooperation
- Derivation of adequate pricing strategies by determining price corridors at market launch and assessing the competitive landscape
- Strategic consulting and support for § 130b SGB V price negotiations
- Scientific analysis and evaluation of regulatory instruments and their impact on the pharmaceutical market
- Collaboration on the development of concepts to ensure patient access and optimise patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Support in conducting health economic analyses and modelling
- Horizon scanning of health policy developments and their impact on the pharmaceutical market
- Collaboration on stakeholder engagement activities for professional dialogue, e.g. with medical associations, self-governing bodies and health policy makers
- Support in the preparation of publications, presentations and project reports
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree (master's/diploma) in health economics, public health, medicine, pharmacy or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience desirable (e.g. through internships, positions in consulting, pharmaceutical companies, self-governing organisations or related professional fields)
- Understanding of the structures of the German healthcare system and the relevant players in the pharmaceutical market
- Knowledge of market access for innovative pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and meticulous working style, and a high degree of initiative
- Open-minded and communicative personality with a team orientation and customer focus
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
