We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to lead the company鈥檚 accounting function while supporting overall financial performance analysis. Under the supervision of the local Finance Manager, this role will ensure the reliability of financial information and support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and actionable analysis.
Key responsibilities include

Accounting (c. 60%)

Leading and performing day-to-day general accounting activities, including supplier鈥檚 invoices bookkeeping and payment, bank reconciliations and CAPEX review

Ensuring quality and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and regulations in coordination with external advisors

Ensuring tax compliance (VAT/Withholding/CIT) in collaboration with external advisors and review monthly declarations for communication

Preparing quarterly closing accounting reports in accordance with Group policies

Reviewing monthly reconciliations with a special focus on intercompany accounts

Following-up on aged debt

Supporting improvements and standardization of accounting and internal processes to enhance efficiency and control

Managing staff expenses reimbursement and reporting in coordination with HR as well as ad hoc administrative activities that might arise

Preparing and monitoring financial and business KPIs

Developing periodic financial reports for senior management

Analyzing budget deviations and supporting corrective actions

Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Collaborating with different departments as a finance business partner
