Hyatt Inclusive Collection- Greece is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic General Manager to join our 4* AluaSoul Zakynthos based in Zakynthos.
The ideal candidate in charge of directing the company's strategy to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently, would have local knowledge and prior international experience in a similar position. In this role you will manage the operations and results of the **AluaSoul Zakynthos **a in the region, adhering to the Company's strategy, policies and procedures, as well as the quality standards and brand attributes, in order to obtain the maximum return on investment, satisfaction of guests, clients and team members.
The ideal candidate will be a senior strategist and a leader able to steer the hotel to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.
Responsibilities:
1- Lead the Hotel Management
Performance Management:

Continuously track revenue stream coming into the business, monitoring the sales strategies and action plans.

Assure effective cost management, verifying that expenses are in line with budgeted guidelines.

Keep track of package income and GOP results of the hotel
-
Responsible of quality KPIs
-
Responsible to achieve brand standards and brand attributes
Strategy, planning and standards
-
Plan, prepare and follow up on the annual budget
-
Implement the guidelines, strategies and policies designed by brand SOPs
-
Coordinate the Human capital
Participate in the management meetings and prepare Executive Summary to be sent to RVP Operations Canarias & Portugal - that will include:

Review of results and forecasts. Financial indicators.

Share the best practices that were implemented in the hotel and have generated positive results, and ensure those are also implemented in other properties.

Share and resolve Opportunity Areas common to your Region (example: demographics, policies, suppliers, risks, threats, opportunities...)

Ensure that the agreed action plan is being implemented.

Follow-up of guest satisfaction ratios as well as satisfaction ratios of our staff members.

Follow up on the action plan to meet quarterly and annual objectives.

Coordinate meetings with their Direct reports and the VP Operations EMEA to make sure that all the processes in the hotel are following best practices.
- -Local Representation
- Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with owner’s local representatives, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
3.- Communication & Reporting
Maintain fluid communication with **RVP Operations Canarias & Portugal **and prepare a weekly Executive Report with Business updates.
What you’ll love about us
-At least 5 years of senior leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a resort or upscale hospitality environment.
-A people-centric leadership style grounded in trust, empathy, and development.
-A proven record of success in senior-level general management within the hospitality industry, supported by a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, or related fields, including solid knowledge of the Greek hospitality market.
-Fluent in Greek and English.
-Ability to lead in a fast-paced international environment and operate under minimal supervision.
