Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:

Closely cooperate with external payroll providers and Huawei HR SSC in executing monthly payroll cycles - validate payroll input files and reconcile payroll outputs accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies

Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, identify and handle discovered discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner, communicate any risks to payroll timelines or quality via escalation paths

Organize annual tax return process for local employees and Chinese expatriates;

Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external audits, contribute to payroll audits and self-checks by providing documentation and clarifications, support year-end statutory reporting requirements

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, time & attendance, and benefits, issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request in a timely and professional manner

Support country-specific compliance tasks, end-to-end HR administration processes and update internal HR systems as needed

Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and recommend operating policy changes
Requirements:

At least first-level university degree in Business, Economics, HR, or related field

Typically, 2+ years of experience in Payroll or Finance, with demonstrated competence and familiarity with payroll systems strongly preferred

Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication, both verbal and written

Attention to detail, strong analytical and reporting skills, very good command and practical knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Problem-solving and customer-oriented attitude, ownership mindset and commitment to high-quality work

Willingness to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, diversified, cross-culture environment with challenging tasks, motivation to achieve high levels of performance and reliability

Full-time office work availability (near Galeria Mokotów)

The successful candidate will need to work well in a team environment, whilst being able to manage tasks independently and effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines
