Job Title: RF Test & Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) - Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in Swap and Rollout projects improving our customer experience

• Support in the realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks

• Support the optimization of our customer’s radio network performance by handling network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting

• Interface for parameter analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation

• Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF workshop) with customers

• Technical support on RNP&O issues

Requirements:

• Graduate Student with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Telecommunication or similar ICT-related filed of studies

• General know how of Cellular network for GSM /UMTS / LTE

• Understanding of LTE Network Coverage and Quality concepts for LTE like basics KPI (RSRP, SNR) and able to locate it in Drive Testing Tool

• Awareness of LTE Throughput concepts / SSV Testing Procedures

• Knowledge in customer experience optimization or experience with planning and optimization tools, Drive test and analysis capability is a plus

• Ability to work in an international, fast-changing business environment

• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Fluency in English, fluency in German will be a plus
