My responsibilities:

Act as the聽single point of contact聽for聽global SAP licensing聽for ALDI S眉d, partnering with the relevant business departments on all SAP license topics (product portfolio, license usage, license models, budgeting, etc.)

Ensure聽license compliance聽and optimize license usage by continuously consulting, analysing, assessing, and improving the SAP licenses in place
-
Proactively聽identify and mitigate risks聽through active risk management
-
Prepare and communicate聽SAP license position reports/balances聽internally
-
Coordinate and consolidate聽SAP cost planning聽with the affected business departments
-
Design and implement聽innovations聽in SAP license management
-
Support the continued development and maintenance of the聽license management tool
-
Contribute to the creation of processes and guidelines, define interfaces, support training and internal communication, and prepare for聽internal and external audits

Work closely with聽SAP vendor management聽and strategic procurement
The knowledge I own:

A聽degree or vocational training聽with a focus on IT or business administration
-
Proven聽professional experience in SAP license management
-
Experience with a聽software asset management (SAM) tool specialized for SAP solutions
-
Very strong English聽skills
-
Strong teamwork mindset, clear communication skills, and ease building stakeholder relationships

Ability to聽analyse and structure complex data, including working with analytical tools
-
Strong聽numerical affinity
-
Expert knowledge of the聽MS Office聽suite, especially聽MS Excel (advantageous)聽

Knowledge of聽Microsoft Power BI聽is an advantage
