My responsibilities:

Providing 24/7 2nd level support for Mobile Devices, Desktop and Cloud Desktop services for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)

Supporting and maintaining the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients, mobile devices)
-
Being a contact person for mobile device, Windows 聽11, 聽Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop support requests
-
Supporting iOS and Android devices through Ivanti Neurons
-
Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
-
Supporting client migrations in an international environment聽
The knowledge I own:

Can work in a 24/7 multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays

Strong English skills, German knowledge is advantageous
-
Solid knowledge of iOS, Android OS support and Ivanti Neuorons or InTune administration
-
Solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 11 and Citrix 聽
-
Supporting an Azure-based virtual desktop environment

Knowledge of OS Deployment Tools

Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
