My responsibilities:

Supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written

Full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
-
Processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
-
Analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
-
Permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
-
Expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
-
Close cooperation with Aldi’s peers
The knowledge I own:
-
Confident intermediate English skills
-
An advantage, but not a requirement: German language skills, experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)

Willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 7/24 support
-
At least secondary education
-
Eager to learn and adapt new IT solutions

Customer focus, strong communication skills
