The opportunity 

 

 Are you passionate about Process Improvement and SCM? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented “Working Student – Process Improvement & SCM Digitalization Specialist” to join our dynamic team for 12 months, with the possibility to extend. As a Working Student, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, support the development of key SCM processes and drive system and digital improvements tailored to GPQSS needs.  

 

How you’ll make an impact 

•  Support SCM digitalization initiatives 

• Assist in tool development & automation (e.g. RFR, SmartPO) 

• Support SAP & procurement process improvements (GR, down payments, PO milestones) 

• Maintain material master data 

• Support purchasing master data (info records, source lists) 

• Provide support for local factory processes (e.g. RCoC panel assembly setup) 

• Support projects and continuous improvement activities 

• Maintain and follow up on operational SCM KPIs  

 

 

Your background  

• Enrolled student in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business, IT, or similar 

•  Interest in supply chain, procurement, and digitalization 

• SAP knowledge is a plus 

• Strong analytical and structured working style 

• Good Excel skills; automation affinity is an advantage 

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
