We鈥檙e looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist fluent in German and聽English to join our team and support all aspects of operational accounting, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities

Participation in every aspect of the operational accounting process; fulfilling all the activities related to processing of accounting documents

Review聽invoices and similar documents for accuracy

Ensures proper approvals for processing of documents

Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end聽close

Preparation of accounting reports聽

Support month end process and reconciliations within deadlines and instructions

Ensure that accounting records are thoroughly maintained in preparation for independent audits

Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with the expense policy;

Preparation and process of primary and secondary accounting documents, issuing sales invoices

Ensure聽financial data is complete, accurate and all transactions are consistent with Hitachi Solutions聽accounting policies as well as聽IFRS
