The General Management Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support. This role involves managing essential office tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and providing comprehensive support to the team. Zadania:

Nadzór, kontrola i przyjmowanie dokumentów od poddostawców w celu rozliczenia wykonanej usługi wraz z rozliczeniem palet

Rozliczenia finansowe z poddostawcami

Nadzór nad windykacją należności za wykonanie usługi oraz poprawne wystawianie faktur oraz not obciążeniowych
-
Nadawanie na podstawie dokumentów statusów POD w systemie

Akceptacja i rozliczanie faktur za usługi transportowe

Przygotowywanie raportów rozliczeń z klientami

Wyjaśnianie zażaleń i reklamacji transportu krajowego
