.The AF Pricing & Tender Management Operations Associate ensures that the strategies for the growth of the Air product in the country are executed in a timely and correct manner, thereby contributing to the closing of a greater volume of business derived from tenders and quotations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity of the product.
About the Job
-
Processing of air freight orders (export/import/cross-trade), from quotation preparation to invoicing
-
Accurate file management, including cost control in accordance with internal guidelines
-
Sales activities (primarily office-based, handling incoming enquiries and tenders from both customers and overseas organizations)

Communication with customers, airlines, authorities, branches and partners worldwide
-
Preparing and checking transport documents
-
Handling DGR (dangerous goods) shipments
-
Monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries
-
Handling complaints and claims
-
Supporting process optimization
-
Promoting operational excellence and best-in-class services
About You
-
Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics
-
Solid professional experience in the field of air freight is desirable
-
Eagerness to learn new things
-
Customer-focused mindset and approach
-
Strong commitment to quality
-
Good written and spoken English; any additional languages are an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
