What you will be responsible for:

Leadership – Lead and develop the entire Technical Project Management team in the Moravskoslezský region, fostering collaboration and high performance

Project Delivery – Plan and execute maintenance, investment, and sustainability projects in line with approved processes and business priorities

Strategic Investment Coordination – Identify new investment opportunities in cooperation with Asset Management

Contractor Management – Cooperation in procurement processes and negotiate with contractors to ensure quality and cost efficiency

Technical Oversight – Conduct property inspections and oversee ongoing maintenance in compliance with applicable laws and company policies

Sustainability Compliance – Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Group’s sustainability reporting guidelines

Project Handover – Secure proper handover of completed projects to Asset Management

Business Contribution – Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall goals and KPIs
