Your Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for projects, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely deliveries, and proactive supply-chain risk mitigation

Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies, regulations, and supplier agreements while optimizing cost and efficiency

Support tender work with accurate cost estimates, lead-time inputs, and supplier assessments

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, system records, and transparent reporting

Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement

Lead supplier qualification and performance evaluations to strengthen supply-chain resilience

Drive sourcing activities, including identifying new suppliers, analyzing market opportunities, and recommending sourcing alternatives to improve competitiveness and reduce risk
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proven procurement experience with strong sourcing expertise, including supplier identification, market analysis, and support for long-term supply-chain strategies

Solid understanding of purchasing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization
-
Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English

Independent, resourceful, and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset

Detail-oriented and structured, ensuring efficient task execution

Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
