Job Responsibilities

Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, CV screening, and interview coordination

Maintain and update employee records in Soft1 HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including all legal documentation

Assist with the timely submission of employment data to Ergani and other state platforms

Support the implementation of the annual training plan and performance management cycle

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits, leaves, and company policies

Help organize employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events

Assist in internal audits and ensure HR file compliance with company and ISO standards

Support various HR projects

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as Assistant or Coordinator

Fluency in Greek and good command of English (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office tools

Familiarity with Ergani or Soft1 HRIS will be considered a strong plus

Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
