This is a custody facility located near Yorkton, Saskatchewan for adult offenders who are sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two years less one day by the Court. We are seeking a supportive, empathetic, respectful individual to deliver and maintain effective and credible core correctional programs which are developed and delivered using effective correctional intervention principles, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Theory and relapse prevention approaches as the basis of program delivery. 聽
As a Program facilitator you will act as a resource and consultant to the facility as a whole. Will report to the Deputy Director of Programs and assist in the organization of the inmates case work and treatment/discharge plans.聽
We are seeking a candidate who has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to develop and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals and the community. Someone who can lead the development and implementation of partnerships and meaningful service agreements.
