The Opportunity
The Corporate Services Branch is seeking a**** highly organized, customer focused, and energetic team player to fill the role as Manager.****
Reporting to the Director, Financial, Planning, and Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading tenant improvement projects, space management, Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator including Central Incident Resource responsibilities and overseeing administration of the CVA fleet and parking policy for the Ministry.
The Manager is responsible for:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 assisting in the delivery of Ministry space management, accommodation building leases, capital construction, and office security services;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 overseeing management of the CVA fleet and leading implementation and review of the Ministry parking policy/procedures;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 providing input and advice regarding development of the ministry accommodations and operations policies;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 overseeing purchasing, procurement, furniture acquisition, and disposition of assets;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 processing purchases and payments using the PCard and GEM;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 leading accommodations forecasting and financial activities;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 representing ministry in consultations with the SaskBuilds and Procurement, landlords and service providers;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties include supporting operation of the central mailroom, implementing ministry health and safety initiatives, policies and supporting the ministry鈥檚 safety mandate.
This position might require carrying out physical activities such as lifting boxes, delivering documents to other floors, moving furniture, systems panels, mailbags and receivables. Travel may be required in this position, as the Ministry has several field offices throughout the Province.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Word processing, database management tools, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
