The Corporate Services Branch is seeking a confident and client-service oriented individual to fill the position of Manager of Accommodations. As the Manager, you will be responsible for Ministry Accommodations including overseeing safety and security of office buildings, managing staff, and overseeing leasing and capital improvement projects. You will provide expertise and leadership to internal and external clients with respect to procurement, mail services and office moves for all Ministry of Education buildings throughout the Province.
The successful candidate will bring knowledge and experience in project management and building management as well as some experience in reviewing and writing policies.
Typically, the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be gained from a two-year technical course or related experience with government procurement and previous education related to purchasing as well as management experience in leading, guiding, and coaching.
