The Continuing Care Branch of the Ministry of Health is looking for a highly organized, confident, innovative person who is reliable and fosters healthy work relationships and a positive team environment to provide junior consulting/research and administrative support to the Licensing Unit (Personal Care Homes and Hearing Programs)
The successful candidate will:

Provide consultation services to the public, licensees/their staff, and Saskatchewan Health Authority staff respecting the programs in the Unit, such as: licensing/complaint intakes, training, admission/discharges, resources, etc.

Provide research support including collecting and organizing data and preparing statistical reports.

Maintain financial records including tracking and reconciliation of letters of credit, and processing of contracts and invoices.

Act as the Primary Application Administrator/Coach for Hedgehog Inspection Software聽and other program related software

Foster a positive team environment.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of clients and team members within the workplace, community and government ministries/agencies.

Provide general administrative support to the Licensing Unit.
To qualify for this position, you will bring proven experience in:
-
working cooperatively with team members and others to foster a positive team environment and promote and maintain healthy positive relationships;

proactive problem solving with both internal and external clients,

applying conflict resolution skills;

research and analysis skills; and
-
advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases.
Typically the skills for this position would be gained through completion of post-secondary training in the area of administration and consultation, combined with related experience.
