JOIN US
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join the team on a part-time fixed-term contract ending 30 March 2027. Working 30 hours per week across 5 days, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the office. You’ll play an important role in supporting the team across wider operational tasks.
WHAT YOU DO
-
Order of office material and refreshments as well as corresponding accounting.

Ensuring a well maintained and clean office.

Monthly credit card billing for all company credit cards.
-
Cooperation with landlords and service providers regarding rented areas.
-
Management of handyman work and repairs as needed.
-
Support & implementation of TISAX certification.
-
Planning, design and construction of various office spaces.
-
Responsibility for locking system & alarm system.
-
Taking care of visitors and clients in office space.
-
Processing incoming and outgoing mail & parcels.
-
Support in weekly capacity planning and house-keeping of resource management system.
-
Supporting the team with client-related admin tasks (such as uploads for DAM, filing and external link generation for projects).

IT First Level Support, e.g. issuing/exchanging equipment as well as returning it to the IT team, support with installation and accesses.

Administration of TravelPerk supporting colleagues with travel bookings and corresponding accounting.

Planning and execution of team and client events for all locations.
