About the Role
We are looking for a highly collaborative, analytical, operationally strong, and enablement-minded Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager
In this role, you will own the frameworks, motions, and enablement programs that allow our Account Management teams to deliver exceptional (Key)/Enterprise Account Management —globally and consistently. You will design and roll out the operational processes behind Account Plans, QBRs, and milestone tracking, and build the training, tooling, and playbooks that equip AMs to execute with confidence. You will also enable AMs on specific commercial topics—such as deal structuring, or specific initiatives and pitches—turning complex strategies into clear, actionable guidance. This is a role for someone who combines deep (Key) Account management expertise with a genuine passion for operationalizing, simplifying, and scaling best practices across a global organisation.
Your mission
- Design and Operationalise KAM Motions & Targets: Build and continuously improve the operational frameworks behind Key/Enterprise Account Management—including Targets, Account Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), milestone tracking, and goaling—ensuring consistent execution across regions and AM seniority levels.
- Lead KAM Enablement Programs: Design and run enablement programs for the AM organisation, including training calendars, skills assessments, playbooks, and Confluence documentation that build KAM capability at scale.
- Enable AMs on Topic-Specific Initiatives: Translate commercial strategies and programme updates—such as deal structures, restrictions, or specific initiatives, into clear AM-facing guidance, toolkits, and training.
- Build and Maintain Enablement Assets, supported by AI: Create and own the library of enablement resources that AMs rely, with a strong AI first mindset: QBR templates, account plan frameworks, onboarding materials, pitches, dashboards, and how-to guides.
- Drive Global Harmonisation: Align best practices across regions, balancing global consistency with the localisation needed for different markets, supplier types, and account portfolios.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Operations teams, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and regional AM leadership to identify challenges, develop solutions, and roll out changes effectively.
Your toolkit
- 5+ years of experience in Key/Enterprise Account Management, AM Operations, Sales Operations, or a dedicated enablement role; experience in a fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Key/Enterprise Account management best practices—including Account Plans, QBRs, executive engagement, and goaling—ideally from having worked closely with or within an AM or KAM team.
- Proven track record in enablement: designing and delivering training programmes, building playbooks, and developing learning resources that drive behaviour change at scale.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics and translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
- Able to enable AMs on commercial topics (e.g., deal mechanics, commercial programmes) without necessarily being a subject matter expert in all of them—comfort with learning and translating quickly is key.
- Good analytical instincts; able to use data to measure enablement impact, identify gaps, and prioritise where to focus.
- Collaborative and able to influence without authority across regional teams and cross-functional partners.
- Fluent in English
