THE ROLE: 

Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement.  

This role is all about turning real-time game data into accurate odds and market insights, helping power a fast, fair, and engaging betting experience. You’ll monitor live events, react quickly to in-game action, and support the delivery of high-quality trading services to our partners. 

A Service Provider position in our Trading team is a great fit if you:

• Study at university and want a flexible side opportunity
• Want to earn extra income without a fixed schedule
• Are curious about sports trading / sports tech and want to get your foot in the door

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Trade live US sports matches on behalf of our clients
• Monitor and manage data from multiple real-time sources

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Into US sports — basketball, baseball or American football — or curious enough to learn fast
• Sharp with logic, numbers and quick decisions
• Comfortable using English
• Happy to take on evening and weekend tasks regularly
• Betting market knowledge? Great bonus, not a must

WHAT DO EXPECT:

• Onsite only – Ülemiste City office (Tallinn)
• Flexible tasks, mostly evenings & weekends
• Summer: minimal tasks (training period)
• Season (Sept–March): more tasks available (~ 40-100 hours/month depending on performance)
• Service provider contract – no minimum or maximum hours
• Paid training: a few onsite days + independent learning (also paid)
