Longetic is building a new category in preventive health. The goal is simple: help people understand their body early, act before problems appear, and build long-term health through better decisions. This is not a "wellness app." It is a system that combines data, behavior, and design into a product people actually use daily. We are looking for a Product Designer who can turn complex health, data, and behavioral systems into simple, intuitive experiences.
What you will do
You will own product design end-to-end across key parts of Longetic:
-
Design core user journeys: onboarding, health insights, biomarker tracking, habit loops
-
Translate complex medical and data-heavy concepts into clear interfaces
-
Build systems, not just screens - scalable UX patterns, design systems, reusable logic
-
Work directly with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate
-
Shape how users interact with their own health data daily
-
Contribute to product thinking, not just execution
What we expect
-
Strong product thinking - you understand why something should exist, not just how it looks
-
Ability to simplify complexity - especially data-heavy or technical domains
-
Experience designing consumer products with high engagement (daily or frequent use)
-
Speed - ability to move from idea to shipped feature quickly
-
Comfort with ambiguity - early-stage product, many things are undefined
-
Ownership mindset - you act like a founder of your area
-
Bonus: experience in health, fitness, fintech, or data-driven products. Experience working with growth teams and experimentation
What matters most
-
Can you design something people actually use every day?
-
Can you make complex data feel obvious?
-
Can you think in systems, not just screens?
What we offer
-
Build a category-defining product in preventive health
-
Work directly with experienced founders and builders
-
High ownership, low bureaucracy, fast pace
-
Competitive compensation
How we work
Final note
If your portfolio is mostly landing pages, marketing visuals, or pixel-perfect UI without product depth - this role is not a fit. If you have built products that people come back to daily, simplified something complex, and care about impact - we should talk.
