Due to growth, we are currently on the look-out for a motivated Individual to lead our projects and sales team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

Leading the Sales, Projects & the event management team

Planning and executing various projects and Initiatives set by the management

Generating leads, cold calling & setting up of business meetings (Both face-to-face and Virtual)

Developing business within the HR consultancy, Recruitment Services, Marketing Services, Project Management and lastly our recently developed KYC Software

Creating sales and business development campaigns and promotional strategy alongside the management

Researching and Identifying new business opportunities; Including new markets, growth areas, trends, customer partnerships and services.

Setting up new client’s contracts

Attending both Virtual and conference
