Working with an existing team of qualified individuals, the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:

prepare vehicles for spraying;

ensure colours are matched according to the standards of the panel being sprayed;

be accountable for the mixing of paint colours;

be able to spray texture paint onto panels;

polish newly sprayed panels to ensure a smooth finish;

carry out 3 -coat colour jobs on panels;
-
carry out blonding lacquer techniques with colour tints.
