Key Responsibilities:

Support, guide, and train technicians to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Interact directly with customers on technical concerns, providing clear explanations and follow-ups.

Perform and oversee quality checks to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

Keep up to date with manufacturer technical publications and ensure proper use of workshop equipment.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.

Promote safe work practices, uphold Health & Safety policies, and maintain a clean, organized workshop.

Report recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and assist with customer complaints.
