Join at a pivotal moment as we kick off the pre-production of a new ambitious PC/Console project.
Your mission will be to design and build the foundations of our build, CI/CD, and release ecosystem from the ground up—ensuring that as the project scales, teams can turn code into stable, playable builds quickly, reliably, and at production scale.
What it means on a daily basis

Design and continuously improve Unreal Engine CI/CD pipelines across PC, Console, and Mobile

Automate build, cook, and package workflows with a strong focus on reproducibility

Implement quality gates and validations to detect issues early in the pipeline

Optimize Perforce workflows (streams, workspaces, sync performance, changelists)
-
Operate and scale a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) with performance and cost in mind

Maintain and improve core services (Horde, Zen Server) to ensure stability and low latency

Develop internal tooling to improve developer experience and reduce friction

Drive release processes: branching strategy, build promotion, versioning, and delivery
