**Main **challenge
**The Market Analyst **reports to the Director of Product Management and aims to assist in the company鈥檚 portfolio decisions from high level product strategy to in-game systems. They will analyze various sources of information, often in a creative way, using outside the box methodologies, and provide clear insights and recommendations for our games.
What it means on a daily basis

Market insights: Keep the company updated on key market trends and insights

Company Strategy: Support key initiatives in the Product vertical with platform features benchmarks

Internal consultant: Assist game teams with ad-hoc analyses and recommendations

Competitive benchmarks: Proactively study new game systems and asses their performance

Key Insights Stakeholder: Use different sources and creative methods to produce reliable insights for decisions, even when the available data is limited or unclear.
**What success will look **like
At 3 months, success means being able to provide direct recommendations based on the research conducted for ongoing projects. By 6 months, success is reflected in delivering more comprehensive and complex analyses, even in situations where no direct or existing information is available, demonstrating the ability to derive insights independently.
Who you would be working with
The Market Analyst reports to the Director of Product Management, Alexandra, and works closely with another Market Analyst, Tiberiu, based in Bucharest. The role involves frequent collaboration with the direct manager and, at times, with the Creation team. While the position offers a high level of autonomy, regular check-ins take place every one to two weeks, supported by tools such as Trello for task and project tracking.
