Design end-to-end digital experiences, from research and concept development to wireframes, prototypes, final visual design, handoff, and post-implementation follow-up.

Participate actively in product discovery, product definition, and prioritization sessions alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to understand real user problems and validate product hypotheses.

Design complex user flows and intuitive interfaces for B2B/SaaS platforms with multiple roles, functionalities, and permission levels.

Ensure design outputs meet high standards of visual quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability.

Contribute to the evolution of the Design System by creating new components, defining consistent usage patterns, and maintaining a robust token structure that ensures scalability, consistency, and efficiency across the product.

Document functional specifications, edge cases, and key design decisions to ensure a smooth, clear, and efficient development process.

Use data to measure the impact of design decisions and drive continuous improvements after each release.

Participate actively in the product team’s dailies, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mentor junior designers within the team, helping elevate the overall quality and standards of the design practice.

+5 years of experience designing complex digital products, especially in B2B SaaS environments or platforms with deep business logic.

Experience using AI tools as a regular part of your design process (research, synthesis, ideation, testing, documentation, or handoff).

Critical mindset towards AI: you know when to use it, how to validate it, and how to maintain strategic judgement and design quality.

Solid command of Figma for interface design, prototyping, use of components and shared libraries.

Proven ability to make design decisions informed by data (quantitative analytics) and user research (qualitative).

Deep knowledge of UX: information architecture, usability heuristics, accessible design (WCAG), mobile and desktop experience.

Visual excellence: you care about details, micro-interactions, typography, contrast, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Product thinking: you know how to connect design decisions with key metrics (retention, conversion, NPS, etc.).

Ability to document flows, edge cases, and technical handoffs in a clear and understandable way for development teams.

Experience working in agile squads, with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Confidence in defending your design decisions, arguing with logic, data and empathy.

Continuous improvement mindset: you are proactive in proposing ideas to improve processes, tools or results.

High level of autonomy, responsibility and results orientation.

Good level of communication in Spanish and English.
