Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain a good relationship with our hotel guests, as well as our hotel external guests.

Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by names whenever possible, however busy and whatever time of day.

Liaise with the Front Desk & Guest Services team to provide excellent arrival and departure experience for guests who request or are arranged for receiving curb side check-in, mobile check in and VIP check-in.

Greet arriving guests/visitors; provide guidance and inform Guest Services via HotSOS for room arrival guests.

Bid farewell to departing guests/visitors and invite them to return.

Cooperate with the Security team at the gate, to reassure the quality service of guests and the property’s safety.
What You Bring

High School Dimploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Very good verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
