Mission
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.
This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.
What you will do on a daily basis

Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.

Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams.

Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Very likely you can be successful if you have

7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector.

Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process.

Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach.
