Mission
We are looking for a client-facing Product Owner to lead the delivery of FlowX.AI implementations for our enterprise clients. You'll own the backlog, drive prioritization, and make the day-to-day decisions that turn a signed deal into a successful go-live.
You sit at the center of the client relationship and the delivery team — this is a high-impact, client-embedded role.
What you will do on a daily basis

Own the implementation backlog end-to-end — from initial scope through go-live — ensuring every sprint delivers measurable progress toward client objectives.

Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business processes and success criteria, translating these into a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Make daily trade-off decisions on scope, sequence, and priority — balancing client expectations, platform capabilities, and delivery capacity.

Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives), setting clear sprint goals tied to client milestones.

Serve as the single point of accountability between the client and the FlowX delivery team — manage expectations, surface risks early, and keep everyone aligned.

Collaborate with FlowX product and engineering teams to flag gaps, relay client feedback, and influence platform evolution based on real-world implementation experience.
Very likely you can be successful if you have

7+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or solution delivery within enterprise implementations, with meaningful exposure to GenAI.

Proven client-facing experience — comfortable leading workshops, negotiating scope, and having difficult prioritization conversations with senior stakeholders.

A track record of owning end-to-end solution scope, aligning business requirements with product capabilities and delivery constraints.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex business processes into deliverable increments and make sound decisions under ambiguity.

Deep fluency in Agile, with hands-on experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and driving sprint execution in client delivery settings.

Product ownership or Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is preferred; financial services or insurance experience is a strong plus.
