Mission
We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable stories and solutions, while contributing to cutting-edge GenAI initiatives.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on delivering value through analysis, Agile practices, and process optimization.
What you will do on a daily basis

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Work on complex projects (ideally BPM) for clients in financial services and beyond, translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure smooth delivery of project tasks.

Review and prioritize work items, ensuring quality and completeness of requirements.

Support project teams in clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the development lifecycle.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, and user stories for future reference.
Very likely you can be successful if you have
-
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and exposure that involve heavy use of GenAI.

Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

The ability to own, when needed, 聽 the end-to-end solution scope during implementation, ensuring alignment between business requirements, product capabilities, and delivery constraints.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose actionable solutions.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

BA certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.

Experience working in a project management or delivery capacity.
