Junior Process Mining Analyst (Celonis)

About the Role

You will join the Flora Food Group Data & Procurement Excellence to support the rollout and scaling of reporting, process mining & automation capabilities across the organization, with a primary focus on Celonis.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn—not only from a technical perspective but also by understanding how business processes work end-to-end.

You will help translate business needs into data-driven insights, working closely with stakeholders across functions while building hands-on expertise in Celonis and related tools.

We are not looking for a dashboard builder—we are looking for someone who wants to understand how our business runs and improve it using data.

What You’ll Do

Process Mining & Data Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of Celonis dashboards and analyses
  • Assist in building and improving data models for process mining use cases
  • Help translate business questions into data requirements
  • Support data extraction requests from systems like SAP into Celonis
  • Perform basic data transformations and validations

Business Interaction

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand process flows and pain points
  • Support workshops and sessions to gather requirements and explain insights
  • Help identify improvement opportunities and value potential

Platform & Tooling

  • Support Celonis administration tasks (e.g., user access, data checks)
  • Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports
  • Contribute to onboarding and training of new users

Learning & Growth

  • Build foundational expertise in:
    • Celonis (process mining)
    • Business process flows (e.g., P2P, O2C)
    • Data modeling and analytics
  • Gradually expand into other tools

Who You Are

We are less focused on experience and more on mindset and potential.

You are:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially how business processes really work
  • Technically inclined and comfortable working with data
  • Able to connect the dots between data and business context
  • A clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in:
    • Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant projects are sufficient)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar is a plus)
    • Coding (SQL, Python)
    • Business processes (academic or practical exposure)
  • Strong willingness grow knowledge into Celonis, learning by doing and the Celonis academy or other externally available materials /trainings.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Understanding of process mining concepts
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

What We Offer

  • A steep learning curve in a fast-growing area (process mining & data)
  • Exposure to global stakeholders and real business challenges
  • A dynamic environment where initiative is encouraged and rewarded
