As a** Fraud Operations Specialist (m/f/d)**, you will be managing chargebacks, monitoring fraudulent activity, and supporting prevention efforts across multiple markets. As part of a diverse, international team, you’ll collaborate across regions, share best practices, and help drive a unified approach to fraud prevention worldwide.
About the Role

Keep the high-risk orders review list clear of pending reviews daily

Identify and cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders, reducing the financial impact for the company

Recognizе fraud patterns in a timely manner to help enforce effective fraud prevention measures

Active monitor chargeback rate and bank alerts and escalating to relevant stakeholders when needed

Support the customer service team with any risk-related queries

Proactively suggest, implement and refinе fraud-preventing static rules

Handlе chargeback, supporting fraud data-related internal queries and dispute representment processes
About You
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in the global e-commerce payment/fraud industry of a medium-sized company

Fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level)

Accurate and timely data entry skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding

Demonstrated initiative in researching, resolving issues, and driving processes improvements

Team player with a positive attitude

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
