At Fever, our** Business Development **team is both the face of Fever in the market and the voice of the market within Fever. Sitting at the core of our platform, they connect the world’s best experiences with the largest audiences, helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve.
Our team builds trusted, long-term partnerships with leading brands across the ecosystem. We work closely with** creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders** to help them make data-driven decisions, expand their portfolios, and scale internationally. In doing so, we play a key role in shaping the future of the entertainment landscape.
This role goes far beyond relationship management. It requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving across a wide range of topics, from marketing and pricing to operations and financing. The most successful team members take full ownership of their partners’ success, acting as true partners and advisors at every stage of growth.

The Role
We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial **Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager **to lead and scale our presence in the Polish market. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business development, operations, and strategy. You will own the market end-to-end: from originating and structuring landmark partnerships to ensuring flawless execution on the ground.
What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver the market** growth strategy** by applying innovative approaches to effectively scale Fever’s presence in the region.

Manage the commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation and build sustainable, strategic alliances.

Leverage** strong organizational skills** to effectively balance, maintain, and grow a large client base.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver partner growth across Poland and internationally.

Track the latest trends in the entertainment industry to act as the internal expert for new and trending experiences.
Who You Are
Here’s what you should bring to the table:

At least 5+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience, with ideally an additional 4+ years of experience in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech companies, sport / music / arts)

Strong business development and partnership management skills

**Self-starter mentality **with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment

Excellent communication **skills **both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail

Comfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred)

Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use insights to optimize operations and track market performance.

Fluency in Polish and English is required for this role.
