This role is central to the talent acquisition function, serving as a bridge between potential candidates and the organisation’s recruitment objectives. It is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for talent, a personable nature, and the drive to build meaningful professional relationships. The TA Resourcer collaborates closely with the TA Specialist, Head of TA, and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively sourcing and engaging candidates to fill open positions efficiently. In addition, this role contributes to building a strong pipeline for future hiring needs within the business.
The role would be well suited to a seasoned Resourcer with proven experience in either agency recruitment or in-house Talent Acquisition environments, who thrives in fast-paced hiring settings and is passionate about identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent across a range of functions. The successful candidate will bring strong market mapping and sourcing expertise, confidence in stakeholder engagement, and the ability to leverage modern sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven recruitment technologies, to build robust talent pipelines and support business growth.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a wide range of search methods, including online job boards, social media, internal databases (SmartRecruiters), networking events (online and in-person), and referrals, to identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles.

Screening and shortlisting to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific positions: scheduling initial screening interviews for the TA Specialists and Head of TA.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Administrative Support: Assist the TA team with administrative tasks, such as arranging interviews and talent mapping.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, company policy, and best practice standards.
