The Opportunity
The Customer & Growth practice is part of the Business Transformation team and focuses on designing and implementing commercial, marketing and customer experience strategies that help our clients achieve sustainable growth.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a central role in structuring, executing and managing project workstreams, supporting organizations in commercial transformation, operating model redesign, process optimization and the creation of differentiated customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

Apply a structured problem鈥憇olving mindset to understand key business challenges, define hypotheses and design analyses that address client needs.

Plan, supervise and execute primary and secondary research activities, including workshops, interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

Take ownership of project workstreams, ensuring deadlines, output quality and message consistency.

Prepare, structure and review executive鈥憀evel deliverables (presentations, reports, frameworks, methodologies and recommendations).

Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Contribute to commercial proposal development and internal initiatives.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
-
3 to 5 years of experience in business consulting in Marketing, Sales or Customer Service.

Experience in demanding consulting environments and with large clients.
-
Bachelor鈥檚/master鈥檚 in marketing, Economics, Management or similar.
-
Experience in growth strategy, go鈥憈o鈥憁arket, process redesign, loyalty, commerce, omnichannel and CRM.
-
Knowledge or interest in Design Thinking and Agile.
-
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and ease using AI tools.
-
Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.

Native Portuguese and strong English skills.
