Experian is expanding the Ascend Platform Access, Security & Risk capabilities. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of platform services. These services manage client access, identity, and infrastructure provisioning.
You will lead critical platform services responsible for client management, secure access, and automated provisioning of client and platform infrastructure. It will define and scale services that support multi-tenant enterprise clients, working closely with engineering, architecture, security, and regional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and automated platform capabilities.
The role requires strong experience in platform-as-a-service, technical implementation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise products. You have the ability to operate in large, matrixed, multicultural, and international environments. You will be comfortable working with strategic clients and influencing outcomes at all levels.
You will be recognized and trusted globally as a product expert by Experian regional teams and clients.
You will report to the Head of Supportability Programme.
What you'll do:

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ascend Platform Access, Security & Risk services *Own platform services that: *

Manage client identities, profiles, and configuration data

Control client access, entitlements, and authorization models

Provision and manage client and platform infrastructure
Lead capabilities including:

Identity and access management (IAM) and identity providers

Authentication, authorization, and token lifecycle management

Client onboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioning

Client-specific infrastructure and data access models

Partner with engineering and architecture teams on microservices-based platform design, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security

Embed compliance, auditability, and security-by-design into access and provisioning services

Translate regulatory, risk, and client requirements into scalable platform capabilities

Be a senior point of contact for global stakeholders, providing roadmap visibility, delivery updates, and risk management

Support go-to-market enablement and client onboarding through documentation and internal tooling guidance
