Manages and participates in studio equipment build processes, plans resources.

Keeps timelines for projects and delegated tasks.

Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works.

Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance.

Participates in R&D and solution design process.

Participates in new employees' selection and training.

Participates in employee performance and development review and planning.

Prepares and provides required reports, provides needed information to management and other departments.

Performs other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
