We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the OPS Heartbeat Program — a strategic initiative designed to transform operational excellence. In this role you’ll be responsible for one working stream (Airport/Aircraft) by delivering high impact initiatives that improve both our customers’ experience as well as our internal processes. The role is more than building a product—it’s about creating a solution that fundamentally reshapes operational processes based on data, AI solutions and end-to-end automation.
What you will do
- Shape the vision and roadmap for your product in close collaboration with the stream lead (Airport or Aircraft)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to thoroughly analyze existing processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and design actionable solutions
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers to develop scalable solutions and products that leverage complex, large-scale data, data science, and AI techniques to improve operational efficiency and optimization
- Independently write user stories to build up awell-structured product backlog that translate operational needs into action
- Prioritize effectively, ensuring the backlog aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value to the company
- Lead cross-functional teams through lateral leadership, driving delivery of improvements reliably and on time

What you will need
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- In depth experience in developing digital (data and AI) products that drive impact
- Familiarity working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
- Experience with operational processes in an airline are a plus
- Fluent business English skills
