Support the sales team in contract implementation

Maintain and update databases (work orders, assets, contracts, warranties, forms)

Input, verify, and clean data (statuses, field issues, inventory)

Archive and manage internal documentation (physical and digital)

Prepare operational documents and reports

Perform periodic data cleaning and validation

Support field technicians with data entry, issue tracking, and status updates

Track equipment locations (installations, relocations, deinstallations)

Ensure data consistency across systems

Communicate with clients or their representatives to clarify work details and interventions

Send requested documents to clients

Effective collaboration with internal departments to ensure proper information flow and operations

Experience in a similar position is not mandatory, but represents an advantage

Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills

MS Office 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams

Microsoft Dynamics

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Romanian – native/fluent

English – professional working proficiency
