Your Role
You are passionate about people topics and are eager to identify and attract new talent. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the growth and development of a scaling clean tech company. How You Make an Impact

With your active sourcing activities, you are responsible for the identification, selection, and targeted approach of candidates

You review incoming applications, make the first screening decision and coordinate with the departments for selection

You manage the entire interview process - planning and conducting interviews, evaluating with all parties involved and making offer decisions (talent management tool: Personio)

You measure and report the success of recruiting and active sourcing activities using appropriate KPIs

You follow trends in recruiting and active sourcing and continuously develop applicant management together with your team
Your Profile

You have successfully completed your studies, e.g., in Business or Humanities, or a comparable education program
