Job description
- Be the first point of contact for everyday people‑related questions from employees
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including preparing documents, filing, keeping HR systems up to date, and providing ad‑hoc support
- Own and manage the onboarding process
- Own document creation across the employee lifecycle
- Handle Tier 2 HR cases, resolving them accurately and on time according to agreed service levels
- Work closely with Tier 1 (frontline support) and Tier 3 (specialist teams) to ensure smooth and timely case resolution
- Coordinate with IT/EUS, Workplace, Payroll, and other teams to resolve issues effectively
- Ensure a high standard of service by following policies, processes, and performance targets
- Use the HR case management system to track, document, and update all cases accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, working with senior team members when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and services and share feedback to enhance the employee experience
- Encourage employees and managers to use self‑service tools, and provide guidance on how to use them effectively
