Senior Analytics Engineer (f/m/x) - Enpal Financial Services (EFS)

What you'll do

• Turn data into products. Identify and automate key business processes by delivering data products that allow the business to scale.

• Own the data warehouse end to end. Design, build, and maintain scalable dbt pipelines with clean architecture, a modern semantic layer, and robust testing frameworks that teams can rely on.

• Bridge business and data. Work closely with stakeholders across the company to deeply understand processes, decisions, and strategy.

• Shape the infrastructure. As our data scope grows, so must our infrastructure. You’ll be an active voice in evaluating tools, guiding architectural decisions, and keeping us ahead of scaling challenges.

• Lead your domain. You’ll have both strategic and executional ownership of your projects.

• Work in a regulated environment. Ensure that data work is compliant and robust enough to endure in a fintech environment.

What you'll bring

• Modern data stack expertise. You are an expert in the modern data stack, including dbt, cloud warehousing, CI/CD, and BI visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar.

• Cloud data warehousing. You have hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

• Strong SQL and data modeling. You have strong SQL and data modeling skills, including financial metrics and both B2B and B2C use cases.

• Automation experience. You have experience using Python or an equivalent language. Ideally, you have shipped data products that directly serve critical business workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder communication. You can speak the language of business and product teams well and bring non-technical stakeholders confidently into the data world.

• Platform intuition. You’ve worked on data platforms before, seen what scales and what doesn’t, and carry those lessons forward.
