Position Purpose: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products by conducting in-depth research and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams all around the World to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and align with our user-centred design approach.
Responsibilities
Primary duties will include:
- Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to understand user behaviour, preferences, pain-points, goals and needs.
- Utilise a variety of research methods, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis, market research.
- Track of records and literacy in AI UX Research
- Analyse and synthesise research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development.
- Create personas, journey maps, and other user-centred design artefacts to inform product design and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with business product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user research findings into the product development process.
- Advocate for a user-centred design approach within the organisation and champion the importance of user research in product decision-making.
- Working with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and business to prioritise research opportunities in an outcome-focused environment.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to travel to accommodate global team needs.
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
- Experience with a finance industry/products will be a big advantage.
- Ability to work lean research into agile product deadlines and roadmaps.
- Proficiency in all aspects of research methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge in applying AI in UX Research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with various UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Dovetail, user research platforms)
- Deep understanding of UX and Design best practises and ability to translate research results into the Product, UX and Design recommendations.

Education / Certification Requirements:
