We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager for our brand-new Clearing team based in Copenhagen. The team will play a central role in ensuring stabile, scalable and efficient flows for moving money across the Nordics - and beyond
**About the role **
You will be a part of a well-established, fantastic team of Product Managers and Payment Strategy Managers within the Payments & Processing area.
As Product Manager for the Clearing team, you will be working in a central part of Vipps MobilePay being responsible for Vipps MobilePay becoming a direct clearing participant as one of the first non-banks.
In your work, you will

Develop and drive product vision and product strategy for the Clearing area in alignment with our overall payment strategy

Maintain a high-level roadmap and list of priorities, ideas etc. to make sure that the clearing engineering team builds the right things at the right time and that our solutions (clearing- and settlement flows etc.) are always compliant, robust, scalable, cost-efficient and ready to support a world class experience for our users and our merchants

Be responsible for compliance, regulatory and schemes requirements within your area. This includes assessment of business consequences, supported by Legal, Risk and Compliance, including mitigation of risks and impact analysis for the payment services – but also seeking to explore new opportunities arising

Drive improvements in efficiency, automation and error handling

Perform organisational implementation to make sure that e.g. our Customer Service and Operation teams are well prepared when adding new features or making changes

Ensure dialogue and alignment with internal teams and external partners across the Nordics/Europe

Potentially lead projects that goes across either the entire Payments & Processing area or across Vipps MobilePay
Who we are looking for
You likely have a background as a Product Manager, and a proven track record in clearing, payment infrastructure or payment services.
You are comfortable working with systems that are complex, business critical, and highly regulated and can balance long-term direction with day-to-day priorities.

Are comfortable discussing technical topics with the engineering team, read API specifications etc

Have great communication skills and are good at networking and stakeholder management
English skills are important, as we work across multiple Nordic locations.
