The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and ensure competitive positioning in the market. This role involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing pricing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. By leveraging analytical and pricing tool, the Pricing Manager ensures that the KVG's Spare Parts pricing policies align with market dynamics, customer needs, and compliance requirements.
Description of the role & Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

Formulate and adjust pricing models using Syncron to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage recommended retail price (RRP) lists and implement periodic updates based on market insights.

Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and margin improvements.

Market Analysis:

Conduct research on trends, customer demand & needs, and the competitive landscape to optimize pricing strategies.

Perform competitor analysis and evaluate supplier pricing to maintain competitiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing team to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Support special projects and initiatives with pricing recommendations.

Monitoring and Compliance:

Continuously review and refine pricing strategies in response to market changes; provide recommendations for price adjustments.

Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and company policies; Manage Pricing databases and ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing information.

Manage pricing complaints and notifications related to new parts.

Reporting and Tools Management:

Prepare and deliver pricing insights and reports using PBI.

Oversee and optimize the use of Syncron our pricing tools.
Key Tasks:

Create and maintain RRP lists and manage periodic price rounds.

Compare purchased parts' pricing with alternative suppliers to ensure competitive positioning.

Address and resolve pricing complaints and manage notifications for new parts.
