We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven** Partner Success Manager** to own, nurture, and grow our relationships with major Finnish telecommunications partners. In this role, you'll be the commercial engine and the bridge between F-Secure and our partners, not just running quarterly check-ins, but actively driving sell-through revenue, enabling partner marketing and sales teams, and executing co-branded Go-To-Market campaigns that make a real impact on subscriber growth.
You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partner management, collaborating closely with both partner teams and F-Secure's internal Product, Marketing, and Sales functions. Your goal is clear: make F-Secure the most successful and easiest cybersecurity solution for our partners to sell.
Our estimated base salary for this role is** 4500 to 6000**** €/month**, plus a performance-based Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
This role is based in **Helsinki, **and we work in a hybrid setting with team-agreed ways of working. This role will require occasional travelling within EU area on a quarterly level.
Key responsibilities:

Own the commercial marketing success of our Finnish telco partners by building and executing Joint Marketing Plans, running strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, and driving penetration of F-Secure products within partner subscriber bases.

Shape and execute Go-To-Market strategies together with partner and F-Secure teams, launching co-branded initiatives that grow Average Revenue Per User and deepen our presence within partner ecosystems.

Win the "mindshare" battle by training, enabling, and motivating partner sales teams to confidently pitch F-Secure's cybersecurity solutions over competing value-added services.

Navigate complex partner organisations, mapping stakeholder landscapes and building deep relationships across Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.

Actively contribute to improving our services and customer satisfaction by staying close to technical details and feeding partner insights back into F-Secure.
What are we looking for?

5+ years of** experience in** **partner management, channel sales, or strategic account management **— ideally within the telco, Pay-TV, subscription services, or cybersecurity industries.

**Marketing savvy **with hands-on understanding of B2B2C marketing motions, campaign execution, and how to leverage Market Development Funds (MDF) for maximum ROI.

**Strong commercial mindset: **you're comfortable carrying revenue-based outcome targets and know how to identify and unlock mutual commercial value with partners and internal stakeholders alike.

Full professional proficiency in Finnish and English, this is essential for success in the role given the partner landscape.
