We are now creating a brand new executive role at Vipps MobilePay: Chief Loyalty Officer. You will join the executive leadership team, report directly to the CEO, and take on a clear and ambitious mandate: build a new business area that strengthens why people choose Vipps – again and again.
Vipps and MobilePay are already two of the strongest consumer brands in the Nordics. Now we’re taking the next step: from payments to a wallet that people actively prefer and use in their daily lives. Loyalty and rewards are not a side project. They are business-critical and a central part of our future growth.
This is not a role for maintaining something established. It is built for someone who wants to create, test, learn, scale and deliver clear results along the way.
**What you will do **
You will be responsible for building Vipps MobilePay’s loyalty offering at a Nordic level, from idea to execution.
This means you will:

Define the direction, strategy, and roadmap for rewards and loyalty

Develop and launch new concepts that create real value for both users and partners
-
Build strong partnerships and commercial models that drive growth
-
Bring merchant loyalty into the wallet as a natural part of the experience
-
Drive progress and alignment across product, commercial, data, marketing, and finance
The goal is simple to say, but hard to deliver: make Vipps even more valuable also between payments.
**What will be important in the first year **

Launch the first version of Vipps’ rewards offering

Bring concrete partner concepts to market solutions

Establish clear direction, structure, and momentum in a completely new area

Build a strong team with the right capabilities, energy, and execution power
**Who we are looking for **
We are looking for a strong leader who is motivated by building something new, with strategic depth and strong execution skills. Someone who can think big and get things done.
